Shipping policy

The Estimated Shipping Date listed on our website is the estimated date your personalized order is expected to ship/leave our facility. This date is not guaranteed as delays can occasionally occur.

The Delivery Date will depend on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout.

 

In-transit days do not include weekends or holidays. Dates are not guaranteed.

 

Overnight and 2nd-day shipping options are available during checkout. Expedited shipping speeds up the in-transit time but does not reduce the production time (estimated shipping date).

On qualified orders, Rush Production is available during the checkout process for most orders of 50 or less items. Rush orders are shipped in 1-3 business days following approval of the order. $8 per item.

Please contact us if you need to rush an order of more than 50 items. 

We are not responsible for any carrier delays in delivery. Please leave an extra "buffer" day if delivery by a specific date is critital - weather and carrier delays do occur.

 

Free Shipping

Free shipping offer only applies to personalized, regular priced items shipped within the 48 contiguous United States to a single address. Please provide a physical shipping address. All items in the order will ship at the same time, the product with the longest shipping estimate will be used for the order. Free shipping threshold is after discounts/coupons and before sales tax.

 

Wine Shipping

Wine can only be shipped to the following states/locations: CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, KY, LA, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, WY. We cannot ship to dry counties.

$4.99 Flat Rate wine shipping only applies to personalized wine bottles shipped within the 48 contiguous United States to a single address.

 

Split Shipping

We can ship your items to a mailing list you provide. There is a charge per package plus the actual shipping cost. All packages are shipped using our negotiated UPS rates. There is a minimum of 12 products for split shipping.

Be sure to add the Split Ship product to your order.

We are able to include a note/card/insert in each shipment. You will need to send us physical inserts, we are not able to print beyond a message on the packing slip. All inserts must be identical, we are not able to match individual inserts with individual shipments.

 

Inspection

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us within 48 hours if there is a problem with the order. All claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
